Responsibilities

Writing and maintaining the self-help documentation so that clients can try to fix the problems themselves. |
Analyzing and fixing problems in computer hardware operating systems and applications. |
Involved in client training programs by recognizing the learning issues and suggesting instructional language. |
Ensuring all the computer systems are electrically safe by conducting tests after a short interval of time. |
Keep himself updated by indulging in educational opportunities. |
Conducting security test on all the systems. |
Status reports on all the hardware and software in the company |
Substituting the damaged and failed parts on hardware |
